Yes! Your satisfaction is very important to us. You can read our full policy on returns and exchanges here. If you are dissatisfied with your item, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of item. All items must be returned in original condition at the purchaser's expense before any refunds will be issued. We apologize, no refunds can be given on personalized items. Please make sure you are certain of your choices when placing the order.

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

If your package is damaged, you should notify us immediately, we will work with you to resolve the issue at no cost to you. If your package is lost, you must file a claim with USPS to resolve this. We will assist you as needed. We are a small studio, if you are worried about an item being lost or damaged please contact us before purchase to arrange insurance.
